What’s the time commitment?
You can take your time and spend two weeks on each element as recommended, or take it all in at once. Each video lesson is about 5-6 minutes and the Qi-Gong practices are about 25 minutes long. You get to keep access to the program hub and are invited to the coaching calls for 3 months.
What day/time are the live calls + workshops?
At the moment our monthly group calls are on Wednesdays @10am NZT. We are flexible with times and change it up as we have women from all over the world joining the program. The monthly workshops are usually on Tuesdays @1pm NZT and you get to book your private coaching calls with me at a time that suits you best.
