What Else Do You Need To Know Before you join?

    The only way to know for sure is to book a free call with ​me and have a chat. This program was designed for ​busy women who don't want to spend all day on self-​care, but are wiling to prioritise their health and well-​being and prevent burn out.

  • What’s the time commitment?

    You can take your time and spend two weeks on ​each element as recommended, or take it all in at ​once. Each video lesson is about 5-6 minutes and ​the Qi-Gong practices are about 25 minutes long. ​You get to keep access to the program hub and ​are invited to the coaching calls for 3 months.

  • What day/time are the live calls + workshops?

    At the moment our monthly group calls are on Wednesdays @10am NZT. We are flexible with times ​and change it up as we have women from all over ​the world joining the program. The monthly workshops are usually on Tuesdays @1pm NZT and you get to book your private coaching calls with me at a time that suits you best.
