Based on the 5 Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and backed with modern behavioural science of habit change.

Everything you consume, through all your senses, affects you. Once you identify HOW it affects you specifically, you can start creating meaningful changes in your energy, cravings, mood, motivation and inspiration, with EASE.
